Exceeded expectations with the wonderful team of Adriel, Mario, and Ernesto. Adriel was very knowledgeable! Thoughtful and offered sooo many options and opportunity to experience, learn and see with our limited time. Very patient, kind, informative and friendly – Great hospitality and took care of our health and safety. Transport was excellent and impressive! Huaran was an adventure and fascinating, friendly + skilled work of the weaving team! Then we loved the hands on delicious chocolate and the kids had fun learning and trying! And then the excellent craftsmanship of the ceramics team! It was all wonderful! So much quality and care. The best! Highly recommend. I will return!
I loved the pottery demonstration, chocolate overview, and weaving experiences. I really liked the whole experience. The knowledgeable guides and authentic experience was very impressive and immersive. Both of our drivers were exceptional and extremely helpful. 100 000 percent I would recommend Apus Peru.
We had a great time! The highlight for one of our kids was the guinea pigs; the other one said “I can’t decide, I loved it all!”
I would say if you are coming with a family, do the activities where you get to meet the people of Peru. We got to learn about weaving, chocolate making, gardening and beekeeping and talk with some of the people of the villages who perform these activities for daily life and it was the most rewarding and memorable part of the trip for me and my family.
